Sweet Plumbing

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have my plumbing completely fixed. The plumber finished yesterday afternoon and I was so elated. I was able to wash a load of clothes and today I washed the dishes, so now my kitchen is actually clean with no visible dishes. It is so nice. I took my shower last night and it felt like the best shower ever!!!! I am so thankful for the men and women who feel called to become plumbers...you are special people.

On other notes...my mom and dad will be coming down for easter. They will get here on good friday and leave on monday. I know it is a week away but I am excited to see them and to celebrate easter. Easter is always the holiday that we experiment with our lunch. Nothing exotic, we just change it up every year. We basically have the same thing for thanksgiving and christmas, so easter is our fun holiday. This year we have decided to have fried chicken...we are buying it and everyone else will bring sides and dessert. I was thinking the other day what I should bring and I love biscuits with my fried chicken. Not just any biscuits, but biscuits from Popeyes!!! YUM YUM!!! So that is what I am going to bring. I will also bring a dessert, probably cookies or something easy to make. I have a lot of things going on between now and then so this week will probably go by quickly. Lets hope so...
