So, the weather has turned a bit cooler in the last couple of days and I am so thankful for it. You can actually breathe when you walk outside and for someone who is 8 months pregnant, I would say that breathing is pretty important. Yesterday I got to spend the most wonderful day with my husband. First we made a couple of hospital visits and then had a nice lunch at Cheddars. As we were sitting at lunch, Jeremy made a statement that still sticks with me today..."We don't have many of these days left so we better enjoy them." We are both excited about the arrival of Asher, but we cannot know the toll it will take on us, so we are trying to live up our couple status before we officially become parents.
After lunch, we went to the mall. I needed some long sleeve t's for this cooler weather. I haven't bought a whole lot of new clothes, mainly because I don't work outside of the home, but I try to do with what I have. I have definitely gotten bigger and my clothes that I have been wearing throughout the pregnancy are beginning to get a little snug. Actually, I needed something purple-ish to wear to the football game last night. Is that sad? I don't think you have to wear purple to a PN-G football game, but I do think that I should at least make an effort because I would stick out like a sore thumb if I didn't have on purple.
After our afternoon out, we came home and I rested for a little bit and then off to the game we went. The weather was so nice...cool and breezy...perfect weather to watch a football game. The Indians won the game so they are still undefeated!! We left the game after the third quarter because they were far ahead and we were both tired. So...that was my wonderful Friday with my Jeremy!!
